5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time, but we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an &aposas is&apos and &aposas available&apos basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alumni Hunter be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of the revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
